I was first introduced to the Quantum Healing back in 2009 when I under took a 4 day workshop in a healing modality called Creation Template Healing. This modality worked with helping individuals find their innate pure potential, something that we all carry within us. I felt a profound shift in my mind state becoming more positive, energetic and enthusiastic over night and could feel an expansion of my awareness and my reality. Within a few weeks I had left my job and the journey into a more creative and fulfilling life began. Creation Template Healing has now evolved into Quantum Consciousness Healing. I’ve continued training within this modality over the years participating in 2 workshops per year and weekly healing sessions since covid. I offer one to one Quantum Healing sessions, one to one Quantum Body Balance and Realignment sessions and monthly group healing circles.   More info

Soon after completing this healing course I was introduced to Amatsu where I had a treatment on a reoccurring back injury. I had tried for over 10 years to find a therapy that could get to the source of my problem with not much joy. After my first few Amatsu treatments I felt enormous improvement in my movement and profound changes in how I felt in my body. It was such a relief! I was really keen to understand the workings of this therapy and so began training in Amatsu in 2013. I qualified as an Amatsu practitioner in 2015 and an Amatsu Orthopath in 2017 and I run my practice in South Dublin.  More about Amatsu

And then there is the music! I am influenced by many different styles of music but the indigenous songs, mantras and chants from across the globe capture something very magical and resonate deep with my soul. I have written and composed many songs and chants and have two recorded pieces with videos to accompany on youtube and Spotify . I was lead drummer and musician for over 6 years at different shamanic healing ceremonies in both Ireland and aboard and I offer sacred song circles throughout Ireland sometimes with the medicine of cacao and workshops for people to learn, sing, feel nurtured, nourished, connected and invigorated by these ancient sounds.
